Yesterday, we had the pleasure to watch passionate young chefs showcase their culinary skills at the NSW Nestlé Golden Chef Awards. We were thrilled to see the Bruemar Pork as the hero protein turned into amazing dishes combining delicious flavour combinations and plate perfect presentation!
Congratulations to the gold medal winner Jeremy Lackenby who will represent Sydney Metro area in the grand finals. Jeremy’s menu featured a pork loin main with pork neck mousse and celeriac remoulade alongside a sour cream and lime panna cotta with textures of coffee and apple for dessert. He showcased complex technical skills and delicious flavour combinations throughout, with his main course being called out for being visually enticing.
