Alex Campbell
Chief Executive Officer
Alex has over 20 years’ experience in the meat industry starting in BEC’s pork de-boning plant as an operator. In late 2012, Alex was appointed General Manager of the Wetherill Park plant, and by 2015, he was overseeing operations across both Sydney sites as Chief Operating Officer. In late 2024, Alex stepped into the role of CEO, continuing to drive the company’s growth and success.

Mark Came
Chief Operational Officer
Mark joined BE Campbell as COO in October 2024 and brings with him over 18 years of experience in food manufacturing. Mark has spent most of his career with large UK Supermarket chain Morrisons, working in senior leadership. Mark has a proven track record of driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and enhancing process efficiencies.

Adam Campbell
Chief Sales and Marketing Officer
Adam joined BEC in 2016 overseeing Corporate Governance, Marketing and Legal with a background in law and finance. In 2023, Adam was appointed Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, where he now leads the overall sales department driving revenue growth and market expansion for BEC whilst also managing Marketing and Sustainability.

Ted Campbell
Chairman of the Board
After joining his father Bruce at BE Campbell in 1975, Ted has overseen the growth of the company previously as CEO and now as Chairman of the board. Being at the helm of the business from early inception, Ted has over 40 years’ experience in the industry.

Troy Vegvari
Chief Financial Officer
Troy is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He started his career as a financial auditor at KPMG before gaining 20 years of commercial finance experience within manufacturing environments. Troy has been part of BE Campbell team for over a decade.

Nathan Odell
Chief Supply Chain Officer
Nathan has over 20 years in the FMCG industry, with a primary focus on livestock procurement and optimising supply chain processes. Nathan is responsible for developing and maintaining supplier relationships and has played a key role integrating the company’s processes and systems within all supply chain functions.

Alan Schembri
Chief Human Resource Officer
Alan joined the Group in 2017 with 17-year experience in Human Resources Management in large organisations. Alan has led a range of multifunction HR teams driving change and delivering services that support growth, engagement and development of staff. His experience and knowledge extend across Employee Services, Industrial Relations, L&D and WHS.
