Last week, we joined a training session of the Minto Cobras Rugby League Football Club 🐍 🏉 – one of this year’s BEC Community grants recipients on behalf of our own Masina Suniula who is actively involved as a coach. Despite the unpleasant weather, there were many happy faces on the footy field united in their red and black training jerseys representing everyone’s affiliation with the club.
It was a delight to watch young players practice their skills with the funded training equipment, such as tackle rings and bags, speed and agility poles and footballs that will assist in their development and promote safe training practices.
