AMIC is committed to actively supporting women in the meat industry by encouraging women to join the industry and supporting women already working within the industry. As part of the women in the meat industry campaign being driven by AMIC and the Department of small business and jobs, BE Campbell was chosen to be one of 5 employers to feature a female success story.
We identified our training coordinator Jay Jay as a female success story who has worked her way up in the business. Jay Jay, has been with BE Campbell for almost 11 years, and has worked here way up from production into an administrative position that supports the development of other staff.
This is a great acknowledgement for all Jay Jays work over the past years and a great opportunity to showcase an example of our talented and diverse members of our team.
