Recognising the achievements of our staff is an important part of who we are. Throughout the year, each site announces its Employee of the Month and celebrates staff through initiatives such as milestone celebrations, Safety Champions recognition, staff lunches and shout-outs for exceptional teamwork.
The highlight of our recognition program is the announcement of the Bruce Edward Awards, traditionally held at our Christmas lunch. Named in honour of the founder of BE Campbell in 1969, this award is a special way to recognise staff who embody our company values, the BEC Way, and demonstrate unwavering commitment throughout the year. Their outstanding contributions have made a real impact within their teams and on the business as a whole.
