Engineering
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering. (Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic)
Length of program: 12 months
Working across each manufacturing site you will be exposed to the level of impact that a maintenance and engineering team have on quality food production. There will be opportunity across the program to be involved in hands on practical maintenance activities from fault finding to machine improvements as well as CI projects and an understanding of the importance of data management in relation to reliability and safety across all areas.

Operational – Technical
Qualification: Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Applied Science
Length of program: 12 monthsThe technical stream immerses the graduate in the fundamental areas of food production and provides a solid foundation in understanding elements from a Quality Management System across our manufacturing plants. The program is designed to provide both Technical knowledge and application of this knowledge. The outcome of this program is to set a graduate up for success to lead into his/her career as a Quality professional.

Operational – Management
Qualification: Bachelor of Business – Management
Length of program: 18 months
If you are keen to kick start a career in managing manufacturing operations then this is the perfect stream for you. Graduates will experience a cross section of operations functions including Production, Quality Assurance, Warehousing and Production Planning. These key areas will provide a deep understanding of manufacturing food production as well as management of operations – people management, safety, finance and compliance.

Supply Chain
Qualification: Bachelor of Business – Logistics and Supply Chain Management / Bachelor of Food and Agribusiness
Length of program: 12 months
The graduate experience will ensure that you are exposed to the entire supply chain process. You will familiarise yourself with vendor management, stock movement and control, warehousing and DIFOT requirements. You will gain knowledge and experience with using a range of systems in place to monitor and report on the movement of goods that will provide a solid foundation for working within the Supply Chain function of any business. For graduates of an Agribusiness degree, the program will include a placement in the livestock team, which will involve liaising with the growers.

Business
Qualification: Bachelor Business / Commerce – Marketing, Advertising, Economics
Length of program: 12 months
The graduate experience will place you right at the front end of the business dealing with customers and the entire sales process across all channels. Working closely with experienced sales professionals dealing with large supermarket chains and understanding the range of different product SKUs and how they are worked into our customers businesses. The marketing aspect will allow you to develop a detailed understanding of how product artwork is developed, labelling requirements and brand exposure. Each have a significant impact on the sale of all products.

Finance
Qualification: Bachelor of Finance / Accounting / Commerce/ Business with major in accounting
Length of program: 12 months
The finance graduate can expect a broad yet detailed exposure to all aspects of financial management in a fast paced manufacturing business. Foundational skills will be developed across the financial accounting function including accounts receiveable, treasury and payroll. You also spend time developing more detailed specific knowledge of cost accounting and management accounting and working closely with the individual site teams on cost drivers in the manfacturing process.

Human Resources
Qualification: Bachelor of Business/Commerce – Human Resource Management, Occupational Safety
Length of program: 12 months
This is a wonderful opportunity to gain exposure to the full range of Human Resource functions. You will have placements across each of the sites joining the employee relations, WHS and L&D teams. You will experience a range of daily HR processes that drive efficiency and best practice outcomes as well as more holistic people management initiatives that support a safe, educated and engaged workforce.

Information Technology
Qualification: Bachelor of Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering
Length of program: 12 months
An emersive exposure to developing software and configuring systems for a manufacturing environment. This program will see you work closely with experienced IT professsionals and the operations management teams on development, enhancements and reporting across various aspects of Information Technology and Operational Technology through the delivery of targeted and relevant projects.
